Degree Nursing Program
Liability Insurance
Students admitted to the nursing program must purchase Liability
Insurance before the first day of class.
The nursing department will provide you with an Application
for Professional Liability Insurance.
Cost: $20
Payment: Cashier's check or money order. Personal checks
or cash is not acceptable for payment.
Policy Period: 1 year (academic year)
The completed form and payment must be submitted to the nursing
office by the deadline.
If you recently took a nurse aide course at West KY Community
& Technical College, the insurance you purchased for the class
may still be in affect. If so, submit a copy to the nursing office.
