Clinical Requirements Orientation Program
Prior to
begining program, please go to http://students.lourdes-pad.org.
This opens the student orietation program. Click on the Required Regulatory
Training Documentation and print and complete the following: - Student
orientation checklist
- Signed HIPAA Confidentiality agreement
- Signed
Know Your Hospital sheet
- Signed Lourdes Workforce Confidentiality sheet
Then
read the Protecting Your Back and Safety booklets (in your Orientation folder)
Complete the following quizzes which are in the back of the booklets:
- Protecting your back quiz
- Safety orientation quiz
Turn
in all six of these completed documents with your paperwork to the nursing drop
box in the Allied Health Building.
